If it has been determined that you do not have a UTI, then you should call the doctor who performed the cystoscopy to discuss your symptoms. Most likely due to the cystoscopy.

After having a cystoscopy you could have symptoms similar to what you were describing. I would recommend that you call your urologist and report your symptoms for any other suggestions that your urologist may have been helping with these symptoms. The instrument that goes into the urethra and then into the bladder to look at your bladder can cause irritation and thus these type of symptoms.
