Several conditions can predispose to recurrent UTI. Anatomic bladder abnormalities are one of them & could still be present despite surgery and normal urodynamics. You need more investigation including the upper urinary tract to find the cause. In the mean time keep the vaginal area clean, empty your bladder when you get the urge and drink water. I am sure with a little more investigation the problem will be found and fixed. Good luck
