Left arm pain 6 to 8 hours, nausea, high bp & pulse (normal 100/55 & 45 went to 125~180/65~90 & 55). went to er, bloodwork and ekg indicated no heart attack. 3 days later rode bicycle 17 miles, no problems (rode 4900 miles in 2020). feeling so-so.

Follow up is needed. Angina is still possible along with needing to expand differential diagnosis in order to have an explanation for your symptoms. Best will be to see your Doc who should have access to your ER tests.
