Maybe hernia : Either ulcer or hiatal hernia, but u still need a stress test and would also get a calcium score.

ER now: Time to go to the emergency room now if you are having severe chest pains. You do not want to miss a heart attack, a teeing if your aorta or blood clots in the lungs.
