If this is not coming from a heart rhythm issue, then it could be a middle ear issue and you should see your doctor, especially if it continues. If the EKG was done at the time you were having symptoms and it was normal, then it is not a heart rhythm disturbance. If you were not having symptoms when the EKG was done, then a heart rhythm issue could still be the problem. Follow up with your doctor.

Did you have blood testing to rule out anemia as a cause of dizziness? You don't mention how low your BP is sitting&standing.. If too low (under 100) that could be the problem. If your dizziness is provoked by motions of your head or total body, an inner ear disturbance could be the cause. There are treatments for this. An examination & more testing by your physician should sort this out.
