As long as you: had a normal ekg and no real chest pain it likely just needs to be monitored

I agree with Dr. Khonker. A normal EKG will tell a physician a lot of information. Ask yourself if your exercise tolerance has diminished recently, or if you are developing shortness of breath on minimal or no exertion. Aside from chest pain, these may be signs of a heart issue. It is likely something as simple as mild anxiety/stress that is contributing to this.

Yes: Back, neck and shoulder pain can be improved by a breast reduction. A breast lift is more of a cosmetic operation, but since some tissue is removed, back symptoms can improve.

How does one treat a collapsed lung?

Dr. Tracy Berg
General Surgery 32 years experience
Negative pressure: You can die from collapsed lung, as it progresses quickly to a tension pneumothorax. First responders, emt and trauma providers are trained to recognize and release the pressure associated with a collapsed lung, to prevent tension pneumothorax. A chest tube is inserted into the space between your lung and chest wall. The tube is put to negative pressure, so lung can re-expand.

Wart.: I often tell my patients who have palmar or plantar warts that they may need several treatments for these resistant warts on the skin of these areas. This is thicker skin, and therefore more resistant to treatment. I usually freeze it or laser it several times in conjunction with topical therapy.

Is there any maintenance medicine aside from herceptin (trastuzumab) for her2 positive breast ca patient?

Possibly: In the adjuvant setting a hormone blocking agent such as an ai might be used. That would be for hormone sensitve tumors. In metastatic disease the situation can be more complicated. In that case Herceptin could be used as a maintaince agent. Other drugs such as tykerb, (lapatinib) perjetta might fill this role. If you could give more details, i can be more specific.

How long does pain stay in your arm after pneumonia shot?

Injection site pain: Usually lasts only a day or two for most people. Using the arm may reduce soreness. If arm swells significantly or becomes red & hot & pain worsens, contact your doc.
