Stress test : You are young for cardiac disease unless you have family history of heart disease in younger age. If you do, then you may need a stress test. Also other causes like pulmonary embolism need to be ruled out especially if you have history of coagulation abnormally or using contraceptive medications.

Bursitis: Looks like bursitis in ur shoulder. Try to avoid unusual strain on ur shoulder. May take some Alleve for a week or so.
