Go to ER...: You should take him to the nearest emergency room immediately! Children this age can get sicker VERY fast. That is a very abnormal oxygen level and he needs oxygen and tests, like chest x-ray and labs, to figure out the cause of his breathing difficulties so it can be treated. There are many things that can cause this but it is an emergency and needs attention immediately! Go to the nearest ER NOW
