Possible conditions: Allergic asthma or a viral infection may cause these symptoms. Stay home, rest, drink fluids and monitor your temperature. If you have worsening shortness of breath, please discuss a chest image and screening test for SARS CoV 2 with your PCP. Watch for flu like symptoms, fever and shortness of breath.

Symptoms: Your symptoms are definitely not to ignore. Starting with your GP would be best, if possible. Both heart and lungs can cause such symptoms and a detailed history, focused physical exam as well as tests will be needed.
