Swelling from tube : You probably had a breathing tube during the surgery. Your body now has swelling from the tube that was in your airway. This should get better. If you have difficulty breathing see your doctor. Otherwise try to deep breath 10-15 times every hour and cough up any mucus. Drip fluids like juice and water. If you are diabetic watch the sugar.
