Simple cold or more: This could be just a common cold but if he has history of wheezing/asthma/nebulizer us than he should be examined by his doc.

Cold: Agree with dr bruck, this can be a cold, but if your child is wheeing or coughing all the time, he will need to be treated for asthma like symptoms, that re jsually triggered by colds.
