Light ache started over right shoulder blade area about 1.5 days ago. it continues to get worse and breathing is becoming more painful. taking a deep breath is getting hard and hurts. mild dry cough, mild chest tightness. o2 good. when is it scary?

Mild dry cough and chest tightness are often associated with asthma, bronchospasm and/or bronchitis. Musculoskeletal pain may be the underlying cause of your ache on the right side. Application of local heat to the area is often effective in reducing pain. COVID 19 testing recommended. Please have a COVID 19 booster vaccination. Avoid pollen, dust, mold, smoke and other possible allergic triggers
