Fell twice on my buttocks at 2 twice. Had renal US. Findings: Renal cortical thickness&echogenicity unremarkable for both kidneys. A lower pole cyst 9X9X11mm at the R kidney.No hydronephrosis,mass,cyst,or renal stone is evident. Do I need surgery?
