Been waking up dizzy couple times past week, one day all day. went to ent, no signs of ear inflammation and everything looks good. wants me to get mri scan. does a tumor cause dizziness? it usually dissipates throughout the day. tumor act like this?

Not at all: Your dizzy pattern could be inner ear, vascular flow issues, or even “paroxysmal vertigo” or postural vertigo. Seriously doubt tumor. Get a new opinion
