Was feeling real dizzy type hen I woke up a couple times the past 2 days. Went to a ENT, said no ear inflammation and everything was fine, but she wanted a a MRI on of my brain. Its been another 2 weeks since the appointment, and I feel fine.MRI ?

I keep experiencing severe dizziness. I have had a CT & Brain MRI which were normal. A cardiac MRI in 2019 for unrelated dizziness whichcome back normal. ENT checked ears normal. Can anxiety really cause this 24/7?
