Dizzy: It is possible that you may have a sinus condition secondarily to your allergies. This would also explain your earpressure. Consult an allergist for help.

My ENT ordered a MRI because I have constant head pressure and dizziness. The results indicated possible IIH. Am wondering how serious this is and if their are any signs that warrant an ER visit that I should look out for while I wait to see a neuro.
