A year ago i had pneumonia + sinus issues with heavy dizziness. after recovery my ears are sticky, i have tinnitus in one ear and struggle with sinus inflammation. i'm on strict diet. my ent gave me corticoid sprays & hearing test so it should be ok?

Monitor temp, consider immune and CF testing after discussion with your PCP. PCD is another diagnosis to consider if you have had multiple infections of the ears/sinus tract and lungs. There may also be secondary ciliary abnormalities predisposing you to infections. Discuss nasal saline rinses and a culture of sputum and nasal passages. Your ENT specialist may also consider antibiotics if needed.
