Not ER visit: the failure symptoms and ER visit would not be helpful as you already know the diagnosis. You might benefit from asking the neurology practice what you should do if you have symptoms and they may have a better route for you. the intracranial hypertension may need medical or even surgical intervention, but this is way beyond anything they can do in the emergency room.
