Desperate for an answer. constantly lightheaded. many types of headaches including pulsing, folding, blockage-feeling, & wooshing headaches. pulsatile tinnitus. normal brain mri, do have scoliosis &shoulder impingements. what are they missing? 2+yrs?

Headaches : The most common reason for a headache is muscle tension stemming from the neck or upper back and dental issues. Although depression and anxiety is a very common cause a headache and dizziness. There are many other reasons for headaches. Many more test can be done, but the most important thing is that a full history and physical examination is needed.

Get full reeval.: Some of what you describe seems embedded within a mixed headache syndrome. There is highly likely to be migraine events intermixed besides tension cephalgia problems. Shoulder impingements bring up thots of adhesive capsulitis, and should exclude thyroid and diabetic issues. Get this entire picture reevaluated, indeed a second opinion may well be in order.
