Not structural probl: You problem may not be a structural problem and would not show on an mri. Headaches could be caused by neurotransmitter dysfunction or neck problems and not head problems. You need a second opinion.

You prob have: You probably have migraines or headaches due to high blood pressure. The normal MRI tells us that there's no brain tumor, stroke or any structural abnormality that is causing your headaches. No it doesn't miss things like this. Thanks.
