If i had a mri&ct 5mths ago of the brain for my pains & headaches & lightheaded can anything serous change from then to now i'm still feeling the same?

Unlikely: If your MRI and ct was normal, your headaches are unlikely to be due to a tumor or other structural cause. Other source could be vascular disease or migraine headaches. In generally however most headaches are hard to diagnose but if your imaging is normal at this point many of the serious conditions have been ruled out.
