Tonsils and adenoids removed 10 years ago. now, my right lingual tonsil only is inflamed about the size of a quarter from what little i can see. it hurts. and its hard to swallow. ent wait time is over a month. what can i do in the meantime?

Your doc : Seeing your doc for an exam and possible cultures as felt needed would be your best next step. Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen are commonly used for the inflammation in the limits of your allergies and tolerability.
