I have small ulcer/white mark on my right side of tonsil, my ent doc says aphthous ulcer, hav nose block/water discharge. slight diff swallow, no pain?

Follow ENT Direction: If you have no pain, you should at least do warm saline gargles, but slight difficulty swallowing is an issue. You've not listed what s/he said to do to help with this. They are the expert in their field, and would follow their guidelines for OTC and Rx meds/inhalers needed to resolve your condition as quickly as possible. Also stay away from acidic fruits/foods, and get rest and destress AMAP.
