It's best to get a rapid throat culture to check for a strep infection especially in view of the stomach ache. . If negative, a viral infection is likely. Better yet would be to be examined by your physician as well. In the meantime rest up, drink fluids, gargle with warm clean salt water.

Right tonsil is painful when swallow. Gargling with salt water reduced pain but there is a single tiny white spot present on tonsil that when removed seemed soft like plaque. The tiny white spot came back after 2 days. Is it just an infection?
