Maybe, maybe not: Cytoplasmic titer 1:80 is relatively low and may indicate nothing at all or may indicate underlying autoimmune disease. Very much depends on symptoms, physical findings and associated labs See your Rheumatologist for more precise Dx and Rx

Having a host of worsening symptoms, and pcp is dismissive. I requested an Ana test as she seemed to slightly suspect autoimmune and I'm tired of no answers. Results were: few nuclear dots pattern and 1:160 titer. Not sure where to go from here.
