No problem: An isolated positive ANA does not constitute autoimmune disease. Not sure why the test was checked for initially, but in the absence of symptoms, i would not be concerned about an abnormal blood test result by itself.

Having a host of worsening symptoms, and pcp is dismissive. I requested an Ana test as she seemed to slightly suspect autoimmune and I'm tired of no answers. Results were: few nuclear dots pattern and 1:160 titer. Not sure where to go from here.
