A member asked:

4 tests in 2 years show low titer ana no symptoms nucloelar ena negative test now ana negative so am i now in category of no autoimmmune disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No problem: An isolated positive ANA does not constitute autoimmune disease. Not sure why the test was checked for initially, but in the absence of symptoms, i would not be concerned about an abnormal blood test result by itself.
