Probably not: The key is that you have no symptoms. ANA is a very sensitive test. This means that many people have a + ana, and have no disease associated with it.

Just a screening: An "ana" is a blood test used to screen a person for the possibility of several autoimmune diseases. It is important to remember that this is a screening test and a positive result only indicates more testing may be warranted. No blood test is perfect, and getting to a diagnosis is usually much more complex than drawing blood and looking at a number on the results report.

Be careful: ANA is simply a screening test and I doubt lupus if is hasn't declared itself. "SIBO" is a pop diagnosis that's usually not evidence-based. With fatty liver and your insight -- for which you're to be congratulated -- that you have obsessive health concerns, chances are your greatest benefit will be from relationships with positive-thinking physicans and a fitness-focused lifestyle with friends.
