Possibly: ANA is a screening test for autoimmune conditions. That titer may be consistent with autoimmune disease, but not everyone with an elevated ANA titer is found to have an associated disease. Further testing with a rheumatologist would be a good idea.

Not necessarily: The ANA is a screening test for lupus but is not specific. It can be positive in numerous other diseases and in normal people. It has to be evaluated in the context of the clinical picture and the results of other autoantibody tests.
