No: Covid may live on surfaces for varying times, but it would be quite a low risk that bubble wrap would be a vector for covid unless it was handled by a covid positive person with contaminated hands then quickly given to you and you inhaled the virus or got it via broken skin. Good hand washing should be adequate after handling things, keeping hands away from eyes, nose and face.
