If you never contracted COVID and are not vaccinated than take all precautions. If you are vaccinated and boosted you can still get a breakthrough. Follow all precautions to avoid re-infection(s), which includes sanitizing.

Getting vaccinated has far far better pay off than sanitizing groceries to prevent Covid infection. Sanitizing groceries is not a meaningful means of preventing Covid spread.
