Extensive family history of skin cancer. within last week (around time tested positive for covid), 2 new raised bumps (inner thigh and forearm). thigh looks like small bubble you get when you burn yourself. forearm bump is scaly. immediate concern?

Those described lesions are not typical for skin cancer (timing and appearance). You can observe those lesions for now and see doctor if they persist or new lesions develop. Do not worry too much and there is no relationship between Covid-19 infection and skin cancer by my knowledge. Good luck.
