Ecg rr 793ms, pr 112ms, qrs 92ms, qt 444ms, qtc 499ms, p 90ms, atrial fibrillation, t abnormality, prolonged qt, written, my doc said ecg is ok, should i not consider this written on my ecg? i am after covid. i can mail photo of ecg i am 22yo afraid?

An EKG is a report of the electrical signals for only 6 seconds of the heart. . Normal is based on a complete history, examination, and testing when needed. An EKG gives us a short picture of the heart. Like a picture of a person, you can't tell how it moves, functions, or acts. at rest or stress. Atrial fibrillation is not normal and can be a concerning arrhythmia. I suggest seeing a doctor.

There are serious inconsistensies in this report. If atrial fibrillation is present P waves are indistinct or not visualized and one cannot measure a pr interval. T wave abnormality is a nonspecific finding. Prolongation of QT interval is of concern.and can be caused by electrolyte imbalance, low calcium& magn level,certain medications and can cause serious ventricular arrhythmias.See cardiologist
