How low can your oxygen level get before raising concern and calling a doctor if you are already being seen for a possible clot in your lung?

90% or less : Becomes of concern, but in general symptoms should be triggering seeking medical attention, sometimes just headaches or mentation changes, sleepiness or confusion, aside from typical respiratory symptoms.
