Symptoms?: Oxygen saturation is fine. What are her symptoms? Make also sure that Palliative Care gets involved early based on treatment plans. Reason is twice, improved symptom control and better understanding of goals of care. I do not see any reason to call the doctor right away, however a timely followup will definitely help.
