Good news!: You've done well to check on the important body systems and it's great that they are good! Now, you need to check on your emotional/mental system. I'll bet it's a bit off and that a solid Dx will lead to proper Tx. I'd urge CBT for anxiety mgmt skills and perhaps Rx(s) to ease things. Don't settle for only pills. Work w/ a therapist too!
