Left side chest pain sometimes is worse when i breathe deep, sometimes pain is on sternum. Radiates to left arm shoulder and hand and sometimes to back and to my right arm and hand as well. EKG good. Doc mentioned costo/GERD. what could this be?

EKG and stress test clear, no GERD, but left arm and chest near heart mild discomfort. Worried if i will have a heart attack. 33 male no fam. History.
Heaviness on right side of chest ekg came back clear no other test were done told I have a gerd worried!!!
