I have tested positive for covid. my oxygen level per the pulse oximeter is 92 - 93. should i be worried ?

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Kratzberg that you should be medically evaluated since your O2 levels are dropping. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
