Yes: When O2 levels drop consistently below 93%, it means that your body is not getting enough oxygen because the infection might be compromising your lungs. You should go to the hospital for evaluation and oxygen support.

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Kratzberg that you should be medically evaluated since your O2 levels are dropping. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
