Tested positive for covid had fever for the past 5 days but broke through and didn't have a fever today i used a pulse oximeter to see my level it went up from 88-93% during the test fluctuating back and forth. should i be getting supplemental oxygen?

COVID 19: In general if oxygen saturation drops below 89 % then supplemental oxygen may be needed. Regardless, I would seek medical assessment. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
