No: There is no specific treatment for mild covid symptoms. Self isolate for 14 days and no symptoms for 24-48 hours, Drink plenty of room temperature fluids, gargle with warm salt water, take zinc and vitamin D for increased resistance. Only go to the ER if serious symptoms such as chest discomfort, shortness of breath, blue lips or feeling confused.

COVID 19 concerns: No need for ER with mild symptoms. No specific meds are needed. Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
