Can get 2nd opinion: Sometimes, plastic surgery does not lead to the desired result. A patient can recheck with the surgeon to find out what the lumps are... meaning are the lumps scar tissue, foreign material from implants, her own body reacting to foreign material, inflammatory lymph nodes, new tumors, etc...
