Consult a Surgeon: Sounds like your implant has failed. The old implant and as much of the leaked gel as possible will likely have to be removed and a new implant placed. You need to consult with the appropriate surgeon.

Needs treatment: However do of be overly concerned. Stop nursing from this breast. Most studies have shown the amount of silicone that leaks into the milk is far less than the amount of silicone in formula. However there may be concerns with the implant or silicone getting infected if you continue to nurse.
