Your doc: Your primary care doc or general practitioner. Given your age, there are many other preventive tests, immunizations and general health issues that will have to be addressed. Whenever starting treatment goals should be clarified and a detailed medical, social and family history is needed.

See your family MD: Without specific information as to how high it is an which component ( LDL, total cholesterol, triglyceride etc), difficult to give a specific answer. Best advice is for you to see your doctor for guidance. I would strongly advise educating yourself about the value of a sensible low fat diet in Teheran meantime.
