I'm 34 and recently had a stress test and echo that neither showed any damage. i did get some mild chest pain during said test. i dont have high cholesterol and blood pressure is normal. i'm nervous about having a cardiac cath. is a ct scan better?

You don't mention why you are having these tests done at such a young age. That would have a lot of bearing on what is needed next. However, whatever you decide, don't decide on a basis of fear of a certain procedure. You will be made very comfortable during any procedure that is recommended for you.
