All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your lipids are elevated and you may have diabetes. Stat with losing weight and exercising at least 30 minutes/day. Wish you good health!

Depending on whether the blood was taken fasting or non-fasting, your cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, glucose are not optimal. Ideally your physician should review this and if necessary, reorder these. Red yeast rice contains a statin making me somewhat concerned regarding your cholesterol LDL etc. Would strongly recommend low fat diet, exercise, and a statin if you have strong risk factors.
