I have a condition where my throat swells up on it's own. i saw an ent doctor and he perscribed ketorlac and omeprazole. the ketorlac was recalled, is there anything that i can be given to replace it that will help me?

Ketorolac: Or toradol is a potent non steroidal antiinflammatory and the recall in US affected only few lots, shortage may be possible. Given your condition, throat swelling up, that may become life threatening, all details matter and your best reference remains your ENT doc and or/you PCP who would have access to your detailed history for a replacement if ketorolac remains unavailable in your area.
