I had a c section 2 years ago and i think my wound is somehow infected, i get swollen and only on the one side of my wound it will form a little bump on the end of my cut?

C/S scar ?'s: A C/S scar from "two years ago" is unlikely to become infected,. A "bump" at the end of the abdominal incision may represent a small hernia, so see your gyn physician when the "bump" is present for an exam. If no other symptoms are present, this condition may not require immediate surgical correction.
