See Dentist ASAP: See your Dentist as soon as you can for examination, diagnosis and treatment. The swollen node could be from many things, not necessarily related to the mouth conditions. Gum tissue coloration varies and may be something more noticeable due to the recession or a calculus buildup. Palatal bumps could be from a number of things, as well. See the Dentist and get this resolved so you can not worry.
