Hard to tell without an exam- could be an infected skin gland (furuncle) . Pl see your doc.. Good luck

Don't worry, it's not an STD. Could be from underwear too tight or an allergy from cleaning liquid or powder. Also from lack of hygiene or soap used to clean area. See a dermatologist for an exam and possible treatment.
