Hey. inside my tragus is swollen with a bump. have no piercing just weird like an infected glande anyone know what it is?

Probably infection: It's not necessary to get a tragus piercing to get infection there. It's a nice cozy warm spot where bacteria can lounge and, if there's an opening, they can set up housekeeping, causing a small abscess. Get it checked. If it's abscessed, it should be lanced to drain out the pus. Antibiotics might work if a more diffuse soft tissue infection.
