Piercings: Most industrial piercings involve a double upper ear cartilage. It can cause real problems if this area becomes inflammed or infected. You are more apt to get complication with a chondral piercing vice an ear lobe. Another issue can occur if you are reacting to the metal that makes up the piercing. Please have this medically evaluated.
