Tonsil on one side is swollen. have tonsil stones but its worse this time. small amount of blood, looks like small cuts on tonsil. faint bumps on back of throat. is this something serious or can i stick with home remedies for now? thanks!

Have it checked: Ideally by your physician who knows your baseline. Given chronic aspect of your problems you should be established with ENT by now. Based on description you might need a culture at a minimum.
